Christian Life Centre Missions was founded in the year 1989 with a God-given vision to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to serve humanity with love and compassion. The ministry was established by Rev. Raju Parvatham and Mrs. Sarah Parvatham, whose lives were deeply transformed by their faith in Christ.
Coming from a humble nomadic tribal background, the founders personally experienced poverty, rejection, and hardship. Their ancestors depended on traditional occupations such as hunting, fortune telling, and begging. When Jesus Christ entered their lives, everything changed. They chose to leave their old way of life and follow Christ wholeheartedly, regardless of the cost.
After attending a short Bible training program, Rev. Raju and Mrs. Sarah stepped out in faith to serve God. With limited resources but unwavering trust in God, they began traveling from village to village, preaching the Gospel, planting churches, and strengthening scattered believers.
Choosing Christ was not easy. The founders faced severe opposition from their own community because of their faith. Despite constant resistance and hardship, they remained faithful to God’s calling.
In 1991, Mrs. Sarah Parvatham was tragically poisoned and lost her life due to persecution against her faith. This heartbreaking loss marked a painful chapter in the ministry’s history. However, instead of giving up, Rev. Raju Parvatham chose to continue God’s work with courage and determination.
Rev. Raju Parvatham served God faithfully until his passing in 2010. After the loss of both parents, the responsibility of continuing the ministry fell upon their youngest son, Rev. Anand Parvatham.
After his mother’s death, Anand grew up in a Christian orphanage where he received education and spiritual guidance. In May 2001, he personally accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior, marking the beginning of his own journey of faith and service.
Though he initially pursued a mechanical course after his 10th standard, the call of God upon his life became clear. In obedience, he left his studies and joined Bible colleges to prepare himself for ministry.
In 2010, Christian Life Centre Missions was officially registered under the Andhra Pradesh Government Act 35 of 2001. This marked a new phase of structured growth and expanded outreach.
Sarah Orphanage was established to care for orphaned and destitute children. The orphanage provides:
Founded in 2008, Berean Bible College equips pastors and believers with strong biblical foundations. Inspired by Acts 17:11, the college emphasizes studying God’s Word thoroughly and faithfully.
Through community outreach, the ministry serves the poor, widows, and disaster-affected families by providing practical help and spiritual encouragement.
Like many ministries, Christian Life Centre Missions has faced financial and operational challenges. Earlier international sponsorship ended due to unforeseen circumstances, impacting certain projects. Yet the ministry continues to move forward with faith, trusting God’s provision.
Today, Christian Life Centre Missions continues with the vision of “Life for All in Christ.” With prayer, partnership, and faith, we aim to expand orphan care, strengthen Bible education, plant more churches, and serve more communities across India.
